So every time I have a moment free or an idea for an article, I fire up WordPress on my phone, type away frantically for 10 minutes, then realise it’s a big topic and I won’t be happy with it till I’ve done research and backed things up with proof blah, blah, blah.
I love reading those kinds of posts but sometimes just posting what you’re up to is just as good.
So! I’ve temporarily ducked out from the am crossfit ninja club at my box to fine tune some issues I have with my shoulder and knee. The picture of my last workout shows I don’t know when to stop
Yes, the time is right. Due to working shifts I’ve been experimenting with working out after work as I’d just waste 5 hours on my computer reading articles or buying more music that I won’t get round to listening to for a few months.
As great as it felt from really working out, not really thinking about the appropriate food aspect before and after resulted in 4 days of DOMs (as opposed to the typical 2 days). Certainly took me by surprise so after figuring out some programming, next week and beyond should be interesting!
